The White Glove Move-in Process
August 9th
- At your designated move-in time, pull into the move-in line, located on Yonder Way (the private drive between the North and South Building).
- Once you’ve pulled into the move-in line, our team will ask for your ID, verify that you’ve completed your move-in checklist, and provide your move-in packet with keys!
- Professional movers will meet you at your car, unload all of your items from your car, and transport them to your unit for you. After your vehicle is unloaded, you will move out of the check-in line and park.
- Enjoy free Daydreamer from 9am – 3pm, plus water stations.
- End the day at our parents’ welcome happy hour from 4-6 pm
Self Move-in Day
- If you signed up for Standard Move-in, please arrive at Rambler during leasing office hours to pick up your keys.
- Monday – Friday: 10am – 6pm
- Saturday: 11am – 4pm
- Sunday: 11pm – 4pm
- You will still need to complete everything on your move-in checklist before you can pick up your keys.

Move-in Day FAQs
We will be offering white glove move-in services on August 9th for $50/resident. No heavy lifting and back-and-forth in the Georgia heat on move-in day! Professional movers will meet you at your car, unload all of your items from your car, and transport them to your unit for you. All you have to do is park the car, grab your keys, and head straight to your unit!
If you do not have a secondary person available to assist you with your vehicle, please contact the leasing office to make other arrangements.
If you signed up to move in on August 9th, participation in the white glove move-in service is required. This process helps us manage the high volume of move-ins and ensures a smooth, efficient experience for everyone.
In order to keep move-in day moving as smoothly as possible, we ask that you stay within your move-in timeslot. If you are unable to make it, please contact our office.
It is important to show up at your assigned move-in time so that we can accommodate all residents. If you show up outside of your move-in window, you may be asked to come back at a later time.
Rent installments are due on the 1st of each month and considered late at 11:59pm on the 3rd. A $50 late charge will be added to your portal account.
Additionally, you will not be able to receive your keys until the August balance on your Resident Portal has been paid.
Yes! Keep in mind, you may only utilize your own parking spot on move-in day, so if you have someone helping you with an additional car, they will need to park elsewhere. If you choose to park in the Rambler garage during white glove move-in, you won’t be able to move your car out of the garage until white glove move-in has ended for the day, so please plan accordingly.
If you do not have parking at Rambler added to your lease, street parking is first come, first served. Another option is the Washington Street Parking Deck.
The resident or guarantor are the only people that can pick up keys. If the guarantor is picking up keys, the resident must let the leasing office know in writing prior to move-in day. If you intend to have your guarantor pick up your keys, please notify us at [email protected].
We will have Rambler staff located around the building to assist. They will be dressed in Rambler shirts!
Due to the large number of tenants moving in, please only bring two people with you to assist with move-in.
We ask that you only bring one car with your belongings – our movers will unload your vehicle in the moving line!
Office hours during move-in weekend will be as follows:
- Saturday, August 9: 8am – 6pm
- Sunday, August 10: 11am – 4pm
All Maintenance Requests can be filled out on your Resident Portal.
Please note: we are unable to respond to or manage maintenance requests via text or DM. All maintenance requests must be submitted using the methods described above.
For emergency maintenance requests, please call the main line at 706-659-9476. During office hours, you will report the emergency to the staff. After hours, select the emergency maintenance request option.
Trash should be placed in the trash chutes available on each floor. Please do not put cardboard down the shoot or it will clog and back up trash for the whole property. Instead, please break your boxes down and leave them in the trash room. Do not leave your empty packaging in the mail room, this makes it difficult for other residents to find their packages!
Packages cannot be delivered to Rambler until move-in day, so please do not have any mail sent until after this date.
