Location

Wright House Athens is located on-campus, just off of South Lumpkin St. It is close to campus hotspots such as Tate Student Center, the MLC, and Terry College of Business. The apartment complex is also walking distance from the UGA dining halls and many of the freshman dorms!

Wright House Athens opened in 2022 and offers amenities that include a cardio fitness facility, an indoor common area with study spaces, on-site parking, a coffee bar, and views of UGA campus.

It also offers an extensive outdoor common area adjacent to the building with a rooftop deck overlooking the stadium.

Wright House is a pet-friendly community that allows dogs and cats for an additional monthly fee. All rooms come fully furnished with private bathrooms. Each unit has hardwood floors, granite countertops, and a full-sized washer and dryer.

Parking

The Wright House Athens offers covered garage parking to residents for an additional monthly fee, granted on a first-come, first-serve basis. If you plan on having a bike, you will find bike storage available in each apartment.

Wright House Athens has 1×1, 2×2, 3×3, and 4×4 floor plan options. All of the bedrooms have a private bathroom so you don’t have to share. Apartments at Wright House come fully furnished, and include a balcony that overlooks campus or the outdoor courtyard.

At the time of publication in January 2026, rates for 2026 – 2027 at Wright House range from $1,200 to over $1,900 per person, per month, depending on unit type. All rates are subject to change. Due to the tier system used by student housing apartments, most apartments raise rates throughout the lease-up season after a certain number of leases are signed.
