Every unit comes fully furnished with light wood LVT flooring, stainless steel appliances, a full-sized washer dryer and a wall-mounted smart TV. Rambler uses fob enabled entry locks, and every unit has a deadbolt on the front door.

The kitchen features two-toned cabinets with black hardware and beautiful white-quartz countertops. In addition, the 5×5 Penthouse Unit features a minifridge for extra storage space in the kitchen.

Uncommon offers 1×1, 2×2, 4×2 and 4×4 floor plan options.

At the time of publication in January 2024, rates for 2024 – 2025 at Uncommon range from just over $1,000 to over $1,800 per person, per month, depending on unit type. All rates are subject to change. Due to the tier system used by student housing apartments, most apartments raise rates throughout the lease-up season after a certain number of leases are signed.
