Similarities and Differences

The Sanford and The Spring both feature a similar 512 sq. ft. layout, meaning that the difference is in the details. The bedrooms and bathrooms are the main areas in each floor plan that set it apart.

The Sanford bedroom has a massive walk-in closet between the bedroom and ensuite bathroom, whereas The Spring maximizes its bedroom space with a regular-sized closet and a large modern shower in the ensuite bathroom.

Both units come furnished with a loveseat, coffee table, entertainment stand, and a wall-mounted smart TV in the living space. Each bedroom is equipped with a bed, desk, chair, two stackable dresser drawers, and faux wooden blinds for the large window.

The choice will come down to what is more valuable to you in regards to your bedroom, closet, and bathroom space. If you have always dreamt of a giant closet and don’t mind your bedroom being a little smaller in exchange, then The Sanford is the apartment for you.

On the other hand, if you value a bigger bedroom and bathroom and don’t mind having a smaller closet, you will likely enjoy The Spring as your new home!

The views also differ between each unit. The Spring has three different locations in Rambler, and offers views of either North Finley Street, Yonder Way or Rambler’s courtyard. Depending on its location, The Sanford has windows overlooking Yonder Way, North Finley Street, West Broad Street and downtown.
