Georgia Heights is located at the intersection of W Broad St and S Lumpkin St and is a six-minute walk to the Main Library on campus. The apartment complex is above a CVS and is only one block away from Target, Chick-fil-A, and Thai Spoon!

Rambler
Rambler has floor plan options ranging from studio to 5×5 units. To view Rambler’s current availability and rates, visit our floor plan page.
Every unit comes fully furnished with light wood LVT flooring, stainless steel appliances, a full-sized washer dryer and a wall-mounted smart TV. Rambler also uses fob-enabled electronic entry locks on all building entrances, and every unit has a deadbolt on the front door.
The kitchen features two-toned cabinets with black hardware and beautiful white-quartz countertops. In addition, the 5×5 Penthouse Unit features an upgraded furniture package including a minifridge for extra storage space in the kitchen.

Georgia Heights
Georgia Heights has 1×1, 2×2, and 4×4 floor plan options.
At the time of publication in January 2024, rates for 2024 – 2025 at Georgia Heights range from the $1,700s to over $2,000 per person, per month, depending on unit type. All rates are subject to change. Due to the tier system used by student housing apartments, most apartments raise rates throughout the lease-up season after a certain number of leases are signed. Every unit at Georgia Heights will be fully furnished with seating in the living room, a full-sized washer and dryer, stainless steel appliances, and wood-style flooring. The kitchen features a large island, two bar stools, granite countertops and deep brown cabinets with silver hardware.
