The Hancock is one of our two Studio Guest Suites. This Studio apartment prioritizes storage with a large walk-in closet, perfect for the UGA fans who want to keep a closet full of houndstooth, red and black in town for game day options. The Hancock also offers a balcony upgrade.

The Cloverhurst
The Cloverhurst is one of our two Studio Guest Suites. This Studio apartment has a large bathroom including a tub, perfect for relaxing after a long day celebrating a Bulldog Victory.

Fully Furnished
Every apartment comes furnished with a full bed and mattress, desk and chair, sofa, coffee table, entertainment stand, Smart TV, and washer and dryer.
Full Kitchen
Our kitchens include a microwave, oven and glass stovetop, dishwasher and full-sized refrigerator.
Utilities Included
Don’t worry about the utilities, we’ve got them covered. Includes gas, electric, water and WiFi.
Exclusive Access
When you lease a Guest Suite, the apartment is yours from August through November. You can use the suite as much as you’d like, whether you choose to stay only for home-game weekends or want to come down for weeks at a time.

No, parking is not included as a part of your lease. You will need to find off-site parking options.
The lease term for our Georgia Football Season Guest Suites covers the entire season, from August through November. We do not offer month-to-month leasing for these suites.
