About a nine-minute walk from UGA’s North Campus, Accolade Athens is located on the corner of North Thomas Street and North Avenue.
Accolade Athens is steps away from student favorites such as 1000 Faces Coffee and HYBAR. It is located near lots of popular bars, restaurants and shopping boutiques. Accolade Athen’s location also places it near other student living apartments such as Uncommon Athens and 100 Prince.

Amenities
Accolade Athens opened in 2014 and offers a full suite of amenities.
Accolade Athen’s outdoor amenities include a kitchen with grills and fire pit, an open-air courtyard lounge, and an infinity pool with a sundeck and outside cabanas.
Inside, Accolade Athens has a rec center with foosball, a poker table, billiards, a racquetball court and a golf simulator. It also offers study lounges, a yoga studio, a fitness center and sauna, and a coffee bar.

Each apartment features granite stone countertops and stainless steel appliances, hardwood-style flooring, a smart TV in the living room, and a full-size washer and dryer. Private balconies are available for an additional monthly cost.
Parking
Accolade Athens offers general and reserved parking in their garage for an additional monthly cost. All parking is covered, garage parking. There is also bike storage available for an additional monthly fee.
Floor Plans & Pricing

Accolade Athens offers studio, 1×1, 2×2, 3×3, 4×3, 4×4 and 5×5 floor plan options. There are units with private balconies available in each floor plan, at a higher rate.
At the time of publication in January 2024, rates for 2024 – 2025 at Accolade Athens range from $1,080 to $1,900 per person, per month, depending on unit type. All rates are subject to change. Due to the tier system used by student housing apartments, most apartments raise rates throughout the lease-up season after a certain number of leases are signed.
