Every unit comes fully furnished with light wood LVT flooring, stainless steel appliances, a full-sized washer dryer and a wall-mounted smart TV. Rambler uses fob enabled entry locks, and every unit has a deadbolt on the front door.

The kitchen features two-toned cabinets with black hardware and beautiful white-quartz countertops. In addition, the 5×5 Penthouse Unit features a minifridge for extra storage space in the kitchen.

Uncommon

Uncommon offers 1×1, 2×2, 4×2 and 4×4 floor plan options.

At the time of publication in January 2024, rates for 2024 – 2025 at Uncommon range from just over $1,000 to over $1,700 per person, per month, depending on unit type.
