Over the past several months, Rambler’s construction team has been busy!
Today, we’ll be providing updates on:
Units
Ownership and the general contractor have begun quality control reviews of the units. During this process, we test all appliances, light fixtures, and review the quality of finishes to ensure an outstanding product on move-in.
We’ve currently reviewed 50% of the units. Appliances, HVAC, and water are all working properly.
Inside the property, unit finishes including lighting, white quartz countertops, matte black hardware and stainless steel appliances are complete in the North Building and nearly complete in the South Building.
Bathroom shower tile and fixtures are in place in both buildings.
Rambler’s showers feature beautiful white tile and matte black fixtures.
Corridors are also receiving final paint and carpet flooring and elevator lobbies will soon be completed.
Amenities
Wood trim and hardwood flooring are being installed at the monumental stair in the lobby and Daydreamer cafe.
Mailboxes were installed last week and bathroom tile has just started. Our decorative light fixtures have been installed in the gameday lounge and will soon be installed throughout.
The contractor has just finished installing the stone coping and waterline tile for the pool and the pool decking is being prepped for concrete. We are currently running gas to the outdoor grills and fire pits.
Exterior
Brick and siding installation are 90% complete and exterior painting will be finished in April. The contractor is working on finishing Finely Street and will move to installing all the sidewalks around the perimeter of the buildings.
