Rambler
Rambler is located at 558 W Broad St, just a nine minute walk from UGA’s Terry College of Business. Being downtown, Rambler is also close to many popular restaurants and bars, including Chuck’s Fish, Paloma Park and Pauley’s. There’s also a Target just an eight minute walk away for groceries!
The Mark
The Mark is located between Oconee St and Hickory St on the east side of downtown Athens. There is an Orange Theory and Golden Pantry right outside your door, and it is a six minute walk from The Arch and UGA north campus.

Rambler
Rambler has floor plan options ranging from studio apartments to 5×5 units. To learn more about Rambler’s availability and view current rates, visit our floor plan page.
Every unit comes fully furnished with light wood LVT flooring, stainless steel appliances, a full-sized washer dryer and a wall-mounted smart TV. Rambler has fob enabled entry locks, and every unit has a deadbolt on the front door.
The kitchen features two-toned cabinets with black hardware and beautiful white-quartz countertops. In addition, the 5×5 Penthouse Unit features an upgraded furniture package including a mini-fridge for extra storage space in the kitchen.
The Mark
The Mark offers studio, 1×1, 2×2, 3×3, 4×3, 4×4, 5×4 and 5×5 floor plan options.
At the time of publication in January 2024, rates for 2024 – 2025 at The Mark range from the $1,200s to over $1,900 per person, per month, depending on unit type. All rates are subject to change. Due to the tier system used by student housing apartments, most apartments raise rates throughout the lease-up season after a certain number of leases are signed. Every unit, like Rambler, will come with stainless steel appliances, hardwood-style flooring, a smart TV in the living room and a full-size washer and dryer. The Mark’s kitchens feature quartz countertops and acrylic white cabinets with silver hardware.
