The Mark is a student, off-campus apartment complex located in downtown Athens. The Mark is a hub for students seeking a resort-style college living experience at UGA. With the addition of a new building, it now houses over 1,300 students, with floor plans ranging from studios to five-bedroom suites. The Mark offers an infinity-edge rooftop pool, indoor basketball and racquetball courts, golf simulator, gym, game room, study rooms and lounges, outdoor firepit and grill, free tanning beds and an internet cafe. Additionally, apartments at The Mark are pet-friendly and come fully-furnished.

2. Georgia Heights

Georgia Heights is an eight-story, 266 unit apartment complex located on Broad Street, which divides UGA’s campus and downtown Athens. This building offers furnished or unfurnished one-, two-, and four-bedroom floor plans. Amenities include a pool, fitness center and clubhouse featuring booths, a TV and billiards. Many of the apartments at Georgia Heights have large windows, allowing for a view of downtown. Additionally, Georgia Heights apartments are located directly above CVS pharmacy, and steps away from Target.

3. The Standard

The Standard is a large, luxury apartment complex located in downtown Athens, about a 10-minute walk to the Arch. The Standard features an infinity-edge rooftop pool, group study lounges, yoga studio, racquetball court, gym, sauna, game room, rooftop grill and lounge, as well as a patrol officer. The Standard is pet-friendly and offers fully-furnished floor plans from studios to five-bedroom apartments.

4. Uncommon Athens

Uncommon Athens, located on Dougherty Street, is just steps away from everything downtown Athens has to offer. With the option of one-, two-, or four-bedroom apartments, there’s a place for everyone. While you are walking distance from downtown and class, Uncommon also has a private, covered parking garage for residents.
5. The Maxxen

Hub Athens is a 10 story, 162-unit apartment complex in downtown Athens. Hub offers floorplans ranging from studio to 4+ bedrooms with both VIP and Mansion upgrade options available. It is a five-minute walk to UGA’s campus and less than a 10-minute walk to Sandford Stadium. Amenities at Hub include a rooftop pool and hot tub, study spaces, fitness center and spa.
7. Rambler Athens
