Location
Georgia Heights is located downtown, right near the edge of North Campus. It is close to campus hotspots such as North Campus Quad, the Arch, Herty Field and the Law Library. Georgia Heights is located just a few feet away from Target, while being within walking distance from Chick-fil-A, Jittery Joes and Starbucks, which are all popular downtown study spots for students.

Amenities
Georgia Heights opened in 2015 and offers amenities that include a fitness center, swimming pool, resident clubhouse and business center.

Georgia Heights is a pet-friendly community. At the time of publication in January 2024, they allow dogs, cats, and other animals for a $300 one-time, non-refundable fee, plus a $25 monthly fee. Georgia Heights requires that the pets are 50 lbs or less.
Depending on the chosen floor plan, bedrooms come fully furnished with walk-in closets. Each unit has hardwood floors, granite countertops, and a full-sized washer and dryer. Georgia Heights also offers balconies on select units.
The ground floor of Georgia Heights is occupied by retail. CVS, J. Crew Factory, Dress Up Boutique and D.P. Dough are all on the bottom floor of the apartment complex.
Parking
Georgia Heights assigns parking spots, and you are required to park in that spot daily. At the time of publication in January 2024, the parking fee is $75 per month and is due with your rental installment. Rent payments will not be accepted without your parking fee included.
Georgia Heights has a private deck below the apartment complex that can fulfill the first 200 parking spots sold. Any parking spots sold over 200 will be assigned to the Washington Deck across the street located on Clayton St.
Floorplans & Pricing
Georgia Heights has 1×1, 2×2, and 4×4 floor plan options. All bedrooms have private bathrooms so you don’t have to share.
At the time of publication in January 2024, rates for 2024 – 2025 at Georgia Heights range from the $1,700s to over $2,000, per person, per month, depending on unit type. All rates are subject to change. Due to the tier system used by student housing apartments, most apartments raise rates throughout the lease-up season after a certain number of leases are signed.
