Rambler is located on W Broad St, and is an eight minute walk to The Arch, the focal point of UGA’s North campus. Being downtown, Rambler is just a short walk away from student hotspots such as Chuck’s Fish, Paloma Park and Five Bar.

The Maxxen

The Maxxen is in between N Finley St and N Newton St, an 11-minute walk to the North Campus Quad. The Maxxen is close to the fraternity houses Sigma Alpha Epsilon and Phi Kappa Tau, as well as The Rook & Pawn, a popular downtown study spot for students. It’s also walking distance to other downtown apartments like Uncommon and The Standard.

Pricing and Floor Plans
Rambler
Rambler has floor plan options ranging from studio to 5×5 units. To view availability and current rates, visit our floor plan page.
Every unit at Rambler comes fully furnished with light wood LVT flooring, stainless steel appliances, a full-sized washer dryer, and a wall-mounted smart TV. Rambler also uses fob-enabled, electronic locks at each building entrance, and every unit has a deadbolt on the front door.
The kitchen features two-toned cabinets with black hardware and white-quartz countertops. In addition, the 5×5 Penthouse Unit features an upgraded furniture package including a minifridge for extra storage space in the kitchen.

The Maxxen
The Maxxen offers studio, 1×1, 2×2, 3×3 and 4×4 floor plan options. There are large private terrace balconies available in select units for a higher rate.
At the time of publication in January 2024, rates for 2024 – 2025 at The Maxxen range from the $1,100s to over $1,800 per person, per month, depending on unit type. All rates are subject to change. Due to the tier system used by student housing apartments, most apartments raise rates throughout the lease-up season after a certain number of leases are signed. Every apartment in The Maxxen comes fully furnished with a full-sized washer dryer, TV, wood-style flooring, and private bathrooms. In the kitchen, there are stainless steel appliances, deep brown cabinets and granite countertops.
