Location
About a three minute walk from downtown Athens, The Mark Phase II is close to UGA North Campus and many popular student hotspots.
Located about four blocks from North Campus, The Mark Phase II is close to downtown JIttery Joes, Starbucks, and Chick-Fil-A- The complex is also walking distance from many neighboring apartments such as The Mark Phase I and Georgia Heights.
Amenities
Residents that live in The Mark Phase II have access to all The Mark Phase I amenities.
Indoor amenities include fitness facilities, an indoor basketball court, a golf simulator, an arcade and game room, and an Internet café. The property also features lower level retail, including Orangetheory Fitness, I Heart Mac and Cheese and Sugar Polish Nail Bar. The Mark’s outdoor amenities include a two-tiered infinity edge pool, outdoor grilling, and a fire pit, along with cabanas and bar tops.
Phase II is also complete with its own clubroom and study rooms.

Each unit comes fully-furnished with nine-foot ceilings, high-speed Wi-Fi, standard appliances and hardwood-style flooring.

The Mark Phase II offers covered and uncovered garage parking to residents for an additional monthly fee.

The Mark Phase II has fully furnished studio, 1×1, 2×2, 3×3, 4×4 and 5×5 floorplan options. Every unit has a balcony and an in-unit washer and dryer. A larger balcony and/or a premium top floor location are available in select apartments for an additional monthly fee.
At the time of publication in January 2024, rates for 2024 – 2025 at The Mark Phase II range from the $1,100s to over $1,500 per person, per month, depending on unit type. All rates are subject to change. Due to the tier system used by student housing apartments, most apartments raise rates throughout the lease-up season after a certain number of leases are signed.
