Every unit comes fully furnished with light wood LVT flooring, stainless steel appliances, a full-sized washer dryer, a wall-mounted smart TV, as well as a fob enabled entry lock and deadbolt on the front door.
The kitchen features two-toned cabinets with black hardware and beautiful white-quartz countertops. In addition, the 5×5 Penthouse features an upgraded furniture package including a mini fridge for extra storage space in the kitchen, a 65” wall-mounted smart TV, and a wraparound private terrace.

The Standard offers studio, 1×1, 2×2, 3×3, 4×3, 4×4 and 5×5 floor plan options.
At the time of publication in January 2024, rates for 2024 – 2025 at The Standard range from just over $1,000 to over $1,900 per person, per month, depending on unit type. All rates are subject to change. Due to the tier system used by student housing apartments, most apartments raise rates throughout the lease-up season after a certain number of leases are signed. Every unit, like Rambler, will come with stainless steel appliances, hardwood-style flooring, a smart TV in the living room, and a full-size washer and dryer. However, the kitchen features granite countertops and deep brown cabinets with silver hardware.
