Location

About a three minute walk from downtown Athens, The Mark Athens is close to North Campus and many popular student hotspots.

The Mark is located near the downtown Jittery Joes, Starbucks and Chick-fil-A. The complex is also walking distance from many neighboring apartments such as The Mark Phase II and Georgia Heights.

Amenities

The Mark’s indoor amenities include fitness facilities, an indoor basketball court, a golf simulator, an arcade and game room, an Internet café, and lower level retail. They also have a study lounge with private group study rooms.

Outdoor amenities include a two-tiered infinity edge pool, outdoor grilling, and a fire pit, along with cabanas and bar tops.

In addition to these amenities, The Mark has retail on the first level. Retailers that occupy The Mark include Orangetheory Fitness, I Heart Mac and Cheese and Sugar Polish Nail Bar.

Each unit comes fully-furnished with nine-foot ceilings, high-speed Wi-Fi, and hardwood-style flooring. Additionally, every unit comes with standard appliances, including a dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, washer and dryer.

Parking

The Mark Athens ​​offers covered and uncovered garage parking to residents for an additional monthly fee.

The Mark Athens has fully furnished studio, 1×1, 2×2, 3×3, 4×3, 4×4, 5×4 and 5×5 floor plan options. Every unit has a balcony and an in-unit washer and dryer. A larger balcony and/or a premium top floor location are available in select apartments for an additional monthly fee.

At the time of publication in January 2024, rates for 2024 – 2025 at The Mark range from the $1,300s to over $1,900 per person, per month, depending on unit type. All rates are subject to change. Due to the tier system used by student housing apartments, most apartments raise rates throughout the lease-up season after a certain number of leases are signed.
